We use the latest technology available, like Infrared Thermal Imaging, which can identify moisture problems that would otherwise go unnoticed. Our customized software is the best available. It ensures that every component of the house is checked thoroughly and quickly. If mold sampling is required, we can do that too!

After Upon completion of the inspection, we will go over the findings with your client. We make every effort to describe defects in the proper perspective. We are not alarmists! Our reports are quickly printed onsite with a color laser printer. We never make you download the report from the internet. Of course, we can e-mail the report to you in .pdf format, or burn the report onto a CD.

Avoid the frustration of having a deal fall through because of items on a physical inspection. Consider having your listing pre-inspected. Often it is nothing major that ruins a deal, but a number of small items that scare off a potential buyer. A pre-inspection gives your seller the opportunity the fix everything or disclose it before the deal closes.

When your client hires us to inspect their house, you can be sure that all deficiencies will be reported. This will allow them to address and remedy these problems, or at least disclose them to a buyer. Remember, a thorough inspection protects all parties; the buyer, the seller, and the agents! The last thing anybody wants is a lawsuit after the sale.

It is a broker's / selling agent's responsibility to be sure the buyer is fully aware of the condition of the property they are buying. The best way to do this is to have a professional home inspection. But referring someone exposes the agent to liability. BE SURE the inspection company you recommend is carrying Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance. In addition, our insurance policy covers the referring agent should there be a claim regarding the inspection report.
