We use the latest testing and reporting tools. The report you receive will contain numerous pictures of the house, including pictures of any problems found during the inspection. Your full color report can be printed on-site, burned on a CD in .pdf format, or e-mailed to you. And agents appreciate the "Summary" of repairs items from which they build a repair order.

Our home inspections in San Diego are performed by AHIT trained inspectors, and conform to Nationally recognized ASHI standards and the NACHI code of ethics. We use state-of-the-art equipment including Carbon Monoxide detectors, gas leak detectors, moisture meters, laser temperature gauges. We use this equipment, combined with the latest reporting software, to provide you with the most complete home inspection available.
